アメリカ合衆国のワンパーセンターズ（1%ers）系バイカーギャングの「ブラザー・スピードMC」(Brother Speed Motorcycle Club)は、1969年ボイシ（アイダホ州の州都）で結成されました(*1)。その後ブラザー・スピードMCは、オレゴン州ポートランドに進出し、本部（mother chapter）を置きました(*1)。
またブラザー・スピードMCはワシントン州、ユタ州にも進出しました(*1)。
ブラザー・スピードMCは長年、ワンパーセンターズ系バイカーギャング「ヘルズ・エンジェルスMC」（Hell’s Angels Motorcycle Club）と友好関係を保ってきました(*2)。
